You'll design and deliver high-quality training programs, manage our learning management system, analyse training data, and partner with leaders to ensure our learning initiatives directly support organisational goals.
This role will involve:

This is a full-time role that can be based in any of our offices.
The role is classified under theSocial, Community, Home Care and Disability Services IndustryAward Level5, with an annual starting salary of $100,766plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent tertiary or bachelor qualifications.
* Proven experience developing and delivering engaging training (face-to-face and virtual).
* Strong instructional design capability, including inclusive and accessible approaches.
* Experience managing an LMS and online learning platforms.
