National Family owned and operated business seeking a Part Time Human Resources / Office Manager to support SA

Due to this growth, a position is now available for a Part Time Human Resources / Office Manager to join there friendly team. Based in based Adelaide's Northern Suburbs, this permanent part time opportunity is available either 3 full days per week or 5 days school hours.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the General Manager, the purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the recruitment and human resources functions for the SA sites which consists of approximately 150 employees across 3 sites.
General day to day responsibilities include:

- End to end management of the recruitment and selection process
- Advise and support employees and management with queries related to payroll and HR/IR and ER matters
- Maintain the HRIS database, general upkeep of employee records and data
- Regularly review and update procedures and policies and organisation charts
- Administrative support to the senior leadership team including minutes at safety committee meetings and operational meetings
- Contribute to monthly Heads of Department meetings
- General HR administration
- Handle any Workers Compensation Claims including all return to work programs across all SA business
- Providing advice and assistance on all WHS matters and maintenance of our WHS systems

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation. This is a busy hands on role where no two days are the same You must be able to multi-task, have intermediate computer skills and enjoy working in a blue collar environment. This opportunity is really for someone to make and create their own position
