If you’re excited to shape the future of beauty and wellness through thoughtful design, smart operations, and customer-first thinking—we’d love to meet you.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our day-to-day operations across the e-commerce business. This role is critical to ensuring seamless logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment, customer service, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.LocationOur office is based in a brand new warehouse-style building in Zetland, a 7-min walk from Green Square station. We have a hybrid work structure with Fridays as WFH.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end order fulfillment process, including shipping, returns, and exchanges.Identify areas for improving the overall customer experienceCoordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and courier services.Monitor delivery KPIs and resolve logistical issues promptly.2. Inventory & Supply Chain ManagementOversee inventory planning, stock levels, and demand forecasting.Manage supplier relationships and coordinate reordering to ensure optimal stock.Implement systems for inventory tracking and warehouse efficiency.3. Process OptimizationStreamline workflows and SOPs across fulfillment, customer service, and procurement.Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and health & safety standards.Maintain strong relationships with OEM and packaging suppliersNegotiate pricing, terms, and MOQs to optimize cost and margin.Monitor quality control and manage issue resolution with suppliers.Oversee contracts, billing cycles, and service level agreements (SLAs).5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional CollaborationLead and support warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to support campaigns, launches, and reporting.6.
