Your role
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to strengthen our technology operations and support the systems that keep our teams running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll work across macOS, Windows, Office 365, Intune, JAMF, Atlassian and core business systems, ensuring our people have the tools, access, and support they need. You'll contribute to cyber security, asset management, documentation and process improvements, and be a trusted partner to teams across the business.
This role requires onsite support
a minimum of four days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

What you'll do
* Manage and maintain Intune and JAMF for device deployment, compliance, and configuration.
* Support and administer core business systems, ensuring users have the right access and systems operate smoothly.
* Implement and monitor cyber security controls, contributing to a secure and compliant environment for ISO 27001.
* Maintain accurate asset management records, onboarding, lifecycle tracking, and decommissioning.
* Create and maintain high-quality documentation for processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across IT operations, processes, and service delivery.
What we're looking for
* A customer‑centric mindset and strong communication skills.
* 2–5 years' experience in IT support or systems administration.
* Strong Office 365 administration skills (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD).
* Hands-on experience with Intune and/or JAMF.
* Confidence supporting macOS and Windows hardware.
* Understanding of cyber security principles and security controls.
* Experience with asset management processes and tools.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities and resolve support tickets.
* A proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA) are a plus.
* Experience using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
