About the Role:
This role contributes to the planning, design and execution of the learning and teaching operations across the Schools and the Faculty.
A key responsibility of the position is to support the Dean and Directors of Learning & Teaching, Heads of School and Course Coordinators in the areas of curriculum review and management, accreditation, and scheduling and timetabling matters. The incumbent will support a range of projects and strategic activities under the guidance of the Teaching Support Manager.
To be successful in the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of learning and teaching policies and procedures. Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential.
The successful incumbent will provide expert interpretation, advice, and guidance on these policies, and possess strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and implement project plans. Key qualifications include the ability to gather, analyse, and report on data, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report preparation.
As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
