Works Supervisor- Muswellbrook Shire Council 6-month fixed term contract
Keep the roads, drains, and your crew running
Muswellbrook Shire Council need a Works Supervisor who can lead a team, keep projects moving, and make sure everything stays safe, on budget, and above board—for a 6-month fixed term .
You will:
* Lead and motivate a works crew across construction and maintenance projects
* Handle planning, costing, and paperwork
* Jump in for emergencies—storm damage, washouts, the works
* Keep safety front and centre
You've got:
* Cert IV in Local Government (or working towards it)
* Road construction and maintenance experience
* The ability to read civil plans and manage risk
* A C Class licence (traffic management ticket a plus)
* Leadership skills
