Technical Lead (React / .NET / Azure) $800-$1100Super

We're seeking a highly capable Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern cloud‑based software solutions for the mining sector. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for a senior engineer who still loves to code while mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery across front‑end (React) and back‑end (.NET) systems hosted in Azure.
* Architect scalable, secure and high‑performance cloud solutions.
* Collaborate closely with product owners, designers and other engineers to deliver high‑quality features.
* Champion best practices in CI/CD testing and DevOps automation.
* Provide technical guidance, mentoring and code reviews within a small agile team.
Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience with React (TypeScript) and .NET Core/C# .
* Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, Identity, etc.).
* Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices and API design.
* Experience in leading or mentoring engineers within agile teams.
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
