Style My Wall is a fast-growing Australian wall art brand specialising in premium framed artwork. We produce and ship high-quality pieces daily and pride ourselves on attention to detail, speed, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our production and dispatch team full time. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring every order is packed safely, labelled correctly, and dispatched on time.
You will work closely with our framing and production team to coordinate orders from packing through to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities;
* Bubble wrapping framed artworks and prints to a high standard
* Packing orders securely to prevent damage during transit
* Printing and purchasing shipping labels via our courier systems
* Coordinating daily dispatch with the framing and production team
* Ensuring correct items, sizes, and addresses are matched to each order
* Maintaining a clean, organised packing and dispatch area
* Assisting with stock handling and basic warehouse tasks as required
* Flagging any damages, delays, or order issues to management
What We Are Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and care when handling fragile items
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable using basic computer systems for shipping labels
* Strong communication skills for coordinating with the framing team
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Previous packing or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
* Australian work rights are required for this position
