Job Role: Occupational Therapist
The Primary Care and Community Health Unit offers a diverse range of services for children, young people, adults, and older individuals.
* We assess client needs, set goals, and develop tailored treatment plans within a collaborative framework.
* Our therapists provide clinical supervision to students and support other staff members.
* We deliver Occupational Therapy services for clients with chronic, aged, and complex needs, designing and implementing client-centered care plans, managing complex client care, and facilitating discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Hold qualifications in Occupational Therapy and be registered with relevant Australian authorities.
* Demonstrate clinical experience in delivering Occupational Therapy services for clients with complex needs, designing and implementing client-centered plans, and managing complex client care.
* Provide clinical supervision to students and support other staff.
* Demonstrate effective organisational and time management skills.
* Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, working collaboratively with teams and agencies.
