About the Role
Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts.
Use manufacturer systems to locate, sell, and dispatch parts.
Manage procurement, receival, invoicing, and returns.
Support warehouse operations including stock control and deliveries.
Maintain clear communication across teams and with customers.
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confident using Outlook, Excel, Word, and parts databases.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, and stock management.
Physically fit and flexible with working hours (including Saturdays and callouts when required).
Valid Driver's Licence.
Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
