As a Sales Professional, you will deliver professional and personalised service to customers, helping them find their ideal jewellery piece(s). You will achieve set sales targets and KPIs, complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures, and perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
