We're able to train multiple qualifications and always eager to hear of any experience relevant to our other subjects on scope we are looking for Trainers to take on: Aged Care and/or Disability: CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability Duties Include: On-site assessment – Conduct regularly scheduled on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support and safeguard a positive learning and working environment. Training Delivery – Training & Assessing of students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom or out on site with a trainee. Caseload Management – Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets. Maintaining quality – Ensure all compliance obligations are always met, and delivery and assessment standard remain high. Mentoring – provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey.
