Our client is a leading Australian renewable energy provider is seeking experienced Business analyststo join their collaborative team driving transformation initiatives.This role will support Infrastructure and Cyber initiatives by eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to support delivery outcomes. This pivotal role requires a skilled Business Analyst with experience supporting ICT initiatives in large, fast-paced enterprise environments. The successful Business Analysts will be offered an initial contract until June with the view to extend and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Plan and lead core business analysis activities across IT and business projects.
* Facilitate structured requirements-gathering and definition processes through workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions.
* Capture and analyse current-state and future-state business processes, rules, dependencies, and constraints.
* Manage requirements traceability and change governance, ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, providing clear insights and updates.
The successful Business Analysts will have experience in the following:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise projects.
* Demonstrated experience working across Infrastructure and Cyber projects within complex enterprise environments.
* Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
* Skilled in facilitating workshops and producing high-quality analysis artefacts.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
