AO5 Advisor (Document Control)
Our state government partner is seeking an AO5 Advisor (Document Control) to be part of a Tier 1 landmark rail project driving SEQ connectivity ahead of 2032.
About the role
* Support delivery of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project within the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office
* Manage and maintain project documentation across a complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programme
* Ensure document control processes align with regulatory, contractual and internal standards
* Work closely with project teams to drive consistency, accuracy and compliance in document management
Key responsibilities
* Review and maintain Project Document Control Management Plans and procedures
* Coordinate document workflows, reviews and approvals across program packages
* Ensure accurate storage, tracking and timely processing of all project documentation
* Provide support and training to project teams on document control processes and TeamBinder
* Manage document systems including InEight (TeamBinder), MS Teams, SharePoint and Content Manager
* Conduct quality checks on documentation submissions in line with project standards
* Assist with reporting, correspondence, audits and archiving requirements
* Contribute to continuous improvement of document control systems and processes
Mandatory requirements
* Previous experience with InEight Document (TeamBinder)
Highly regarded
* Experience working in a major infrastructure or project environment

* Proven ability to work in a fast‐paced, project‐driven environment
* Confident communicator who can engage and support stakeholders across teams
* Process‐driven with a focus on compliance, accuracy and continuous improvement
