We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our vibrant and busy office in Bathurst. Becoming a Property Manager allows you to work at the forefront of technology and maintain regular contact with the public.

We are expanding our Property Management team and are looking for enthusiastic locals with a background in administration.

Absolutely NO prior real estate experience is necessary. We know how to develop real estate careers and will support you through a full traineeship to complete all training and qualification requirements for a full NSW Real Estate license.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are a current or returning resident of the Bathurst area, ideally within a 30-minute drive of our office. Local knowledge is essential.

You have a valid driver's license and can use our vehicle to attend rental properties.

A combination of administrative, communication, and systems skills, coupled with a practical, mature attitude towards work. We use a staff pre-selection service called Sales Inventory Profile to identify these attributes, regardless of your work history, so you can be confident that if offered the job, it will suit you and help you excel.
