Job Title:
Administration Officer
About the Role:
* Based at Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe Care Community.
* Full-time, Monday to Friday.
* Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing.
* Assist with client services and general enquiries.
* Support recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts.
* Perform reception and other administrative duties as required.
* Manage team rosters and timesheets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage financial transactions.
* Coordinate staff rosters and timesheets.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
* Perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 2 years experience in administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
