$32 – $35 per hour | Casual ongoing (view to permanency)

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to support their busy operations team based in Yatala.
This role offers a great mix of reception, administration and logistics support in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be working closely with supervisors, drivers and customers to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Duties
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Reception and administrative support
• Data entry and maintaining records
• Assisting with invoicing and reporting
• Coordinating contractor paperwork
• Liaising with supervisors, drivers and customers
What We’re Looking For
• Previous administration or office experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident computer skills and data entry
• Reliable with a positive attitude
Logistics or transport industry experience is highly regarded but not essential .
