General, Corporate Division and provides professional, timely and consistent HR and Finance services to Corporate Division branches, including: Finance and Procurement; Human Resources; Information Technology; Governance; Internal Audit. The Hub also supports the Director-General's office and other ODG business units. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced HR professional with a positive approach and growth mindset.
As the Principal Human Resource Advisor you will provide direction, support and guidance to the team to provide quality, customer-focussed, strategic and tactical advice to Corporate Division. You will oversee a business partner service offering, promoting enabling effective contemporary human resource management practices.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with the Manager (HR) to provide direction, support and oversight to build capability and to enable the team deliver their program of work effectively.
* Direct line management to generalist HR professionals.
* Provide strategic and tactical HR advice and support including complex case management, change management and in the preparation of correspondence and briefing notes.
* Lead strategic workforce initiatives.
* Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture and professional growth.
