Role Overview
As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end hiring workflow at KPay. You'll work closely with the TA team to source candidates, coordinate interviews, update recruitment systems, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role will give you hands-on exposure to high-volume recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and the realities of building a high-performance team in a hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
* Use SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn, and internal tools to source candidates for sales, operations, and corporate roles.
* Screen CVs and shortlist suitable profiles based on hiring requirements.
* Conduct initial phone screens for entry-level roles (training provided).
Interview Coordination
* Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage communication, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth interview flow.
* Assist with assessment days and group interview logistics.
Recruitment Administration
* Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Breezy/Workable/Greenhouse – whichever applies).
* Prepare job postings and ensure ads are updated across platforms.
* Track candidate pipelines, status updates, and interview outcomes.
Candidate Experience
* Provide timely communication to candidates during all stages of the process.
* Represent KPay as a friendly, professional, and proactive first point of contact.
Team Support
* Support HR onboarding tasks: collecting documents, preparing contracts, booking inductions.
* Assist the TA Manager with projects such as employer branding, campus outreach, and reporting.
Requirements
* Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicating with candidates
* Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
