Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer queries via phone and email ensuring a timely, accurate and quality response
* Providing resolution to all technical queries and account management information on services
* Identifying queries which require additional attention and implementing appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence
* Ensuring accurate information is recorded within their System
* Contributing to the development of new ideas
* Performing administrative duties to support the provision of service delivery
Your skills and experience
* Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s customer service experience - open to industry
* You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
* You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
Your benefits
* No weekend work - you will be on a rotating roster Mon - Fri between 8am - 8pm
* Flexible working: work from home as well as from the office
* An additional day of birthday leave + 2 volunteer days + 3 days over Xmas
