The Role

As EasyPark ANZ scales and evolves, we face increasingly complex decisions about how to connect people, processes, and systems across functions and clients. The Enterprise Business Analyst role exists to bring structure to that complexity: helping us make better decisions, design fit-for-purpose integrated solutions, and deliver change that sticks. This role plays a critical part in bridging strategy and delivery, ensuring our initiatives are clearly defined, well-aligned, and set up to succeed.

The Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) plays a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the delivery of integrated, enterprise-wide solutions that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and outstanding client outcomes. As a key member of the Transformation & Delivery team, the Enterprise Business Analyst collaborates with cross-functional internal teams, clients, and third-party partners to gain a deep understanding of business needs, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and translate requirements into actionable, high-quality outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. It's suited for someone who enjoys untangling complexity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has the communication skills to connect the dots across functions, partners, and clients. The Enterprise Business Analyst will also play a key role in enhancing the analysis process across EasyPark ANZ, helping to embed consistency and quality in how we plan and deliver change.

How you'll make an impact as an Enterprise Business Analyst at EasyPark ANZ

Enterprise-Level Analysis

* Lead analysis for cross-functional initiatives, identifying business problems and opportunities across people, process, and technology dimensions.
* Document and refine business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and pain points to inform enterprise design and transformation planning.
* Facilitate current state assessments, future state design, and gap analysis across business domains.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies or duplication, and design improved, scalable ways of working.

Strategic Initiative Support

* Shape and define high-quality business requirements and solution options during initiative scoping and early-stage planning.
* Ensure requirements are aligned across internal teams, clients, and third-party providers.
* Work with program and project teams to ensure clear traceability of requirements through to delivery outcomes.
* Support business case development with sound benefit modelling and assumptions.
* Own and manage business requirements for complex, integrated solutions that span internal products and third-party systems.
* Support solution validation and testing activities, including test case definition, defect triage, and stakeholder walkthroughs.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, Service Operations, and Distribution teams to understand drivers, needs, and impacts.
* Work directly with clients and vendors to align on scope, clarify expectations, and ensure continuity across solution design and implementation.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to extract insights and co-design solutions.
* Translate complex information into clear, structured artefacts for decision-making.

Uplift of Business Analysis Capability

* Champion enterprise analysis practices and support uplift of BA standards, templates, and toolkits across the business.
* Coach junior colleagues and contribute to building a centre of excellence for high-quality business analysis.
* Introduce repeatable approaches to requirements gathering, process design, benefits tracking, and solution validation.
* Contribute to internal capability and service management model uplift by analysing cross-team workflows and designing fit-for-future process improvements.

Knowledge & Experience

* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
* Typically 7+ years' experience in business analysis roles, including significant involvement in enterprise-wide or cross-functional programs where you've shaped and delivered high-impact outcomes
* Strong experience in business process design, requirements elicitation, and solution scoping
* Experience working on complex, integrated solutions involving internal systems, ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle), HRIS (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors), and third-party integrations
* Comfortable working with APIs, system interactions, and data flows (technical specification experience is a plus)
* Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent for collaboration, process mapping, and analysis
* Familiarity with data analysis and documentation tools, including Excel, SQL (basic), Power BI, or Tableau
* Familiarity with operating model design, value stream mapping, or enterprise capability frameworks is highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of business analysis (BABOK) and project delivery methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)

* Willingness to work outside of normal hours on occasion to collaborate with interstate, US/EU counterparts
* Open to national travel to support project delivery and client engagement
