Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with excellent leadership and customer service skills. The role will involve providing exceptional service to customers, building and maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring the efficient operation of the service department.
* Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation
* Develop and maintain positive customer and employee relationships
* Operate at maximum capacity with effective measures to ensure cost control
* Set and achieve service sales and profit objectives
* Coordinate and direct the activities of technicians to optimize use of all material and staffing resources
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure that all CRM scores meet or exceed benchmarks
* Ensure the service process is closely monitored and controlled
The successful candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, have proven leadership experience from a dealership service environment, and possess a high-level knowledge of service department processes, policies, and procedures.
They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in Service Department KPIs with strong time management skills.
Experience with advanced service management software is preferred, but not required.
