About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate appropriate services to meet the needs of patients.
2. Lead and support the clinical team shift-by-shift to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
3. Promote patient safety by identifying and mitigating risks, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
4. Mentor less experienced staff, students, and new graduates to develop their skills and knowledge.
