Key Role: Administration Officer
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team. This role is a 12-month part-time fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension, working 15-hour per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of administration duties and providing high-level support to internal and external customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
* Process invoices and local customer payments as required
* Support the local volunteers
* Process bank reconciliations and accounts payable tasks
* Assist with first aid training, sales, and services of first aid kits
* Conduct accounts duties, including creditor accounts, bank and investment reconciliations, receipting of customer payments, and day-to-day banking
* Maintain financial files and records
Requirements:
* Proven administration and data entry experience
* Previous experience conducting accounts payable and reconciliation tasks
* Ability to work autonomously
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
