Offer description

ING Australia is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Website Content Editor to join our Digital & Assisted Channels team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital technology and eager to gain hands‐on experience in a modern, customer-centric banking environment. You'll be part of a team that plays a critical role in how customers interact with our brand online, helping to shape seamless and engaging digital experiences.

In this role, you'll contribute to the delivery and optimisation of our digital channels, ensuring content across web and mobile platforms is accurate, accessible, and engaging. From supporting product launches to building new pages and maintaining existing experiences, you'll be at the heart of delivering high‐quality digital journeys that meet both customer and business needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, self-starting mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in digital. You'll enjoy problem-solving, take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, and manage your work with proven organisation and discipline.

To be considered for this role, please include a cover letter outlining your interest, along with a link to your GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing your work.

What you'll do

* Manage and publish website content, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency
* Support digital projects including product launches, new pages, and module builds
* Conduct testing including UAT, browser and accessibility checks
* Monitor customer feedback and digital performance to identify improvements
* Assist with incident support, including urgent updates and coordination with offshore teams

What we're looking for

* Experience in digital, web content, or IT (around 1–2 years ideal)
* Proven knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital content management tools (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* A proactive, self-driven attitude with strong organisation and time management skills

What's in it for you

* Discounted ING Health Insurance.
* An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.
* An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.

We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities, and how you align with our values - not on ticking every box. We're invested in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels like they belong. We're your allies in helping you do your thing during the recruitment process, so let us know (email below) if you require any support or adjustments when you apply.
