ING Australia is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Website Content Editor to join our Digital & Assisted Channels team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital technology and eager to gain hands‐on experience in a modern, customer-centric banking environment. You'll be part of a team that plays a critical role in how customers interact with our brand online, helping to shape seamless and engaging digital experiences.
In this role, you'll contribute to the delivery and optimisation of our digital channels, ensuring content across web and mobile platforms is accurate, accessible, and engaging. From supporting product launches to building new pages and maintaining existing experiences, you'll be at the heart of delivering high‐quality digital journeys that meet both customer and business needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do
* Manage and publish website content, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency
* Support digital projects including product launches, new pages, and module builds
* Conduct testing including UAT, browser and accessibility checks
* Monitor customer feedback and digital performance to identify improvements
* Assist with incident support, including urgent updates and coordination with offshore teams
What we're looking for
* Experience in digital, web content, or IT (around 1–2 years ideal)
* Proven knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital content management tools (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* A proactive, self-driven attitude with strong organisation and time management skills
