We are seeking a talented, vibrant and dynamic QT Rooftop Bar Manager, that will bring individuality, creativity and passion into turning the ordinary into extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily rooftop bar operations, ensuring fast, consistent service and premium drink quality.
* Deliver an elevated guest experience through strong floor presence and team leadership.
* Train, mentor, and develop a high‐performing bar team.
* Collaborate with the Venue Manager to drive a positive, high‐energy team culture.
* Create and evolve cocktail menus in partnership with beverage suppliers and Marketing to strengthen brand identity.
* Manage stock, ordering, and inventory to minimise waste and maximise profit.
* Control labour costs and rostering to meet financial targets.
* Oversee events and functions, ensuring seamless execution.
* Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, HACCP, and licensing requirements.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation.
