Your Role
You will coordinate member and community engagement activities, fundraising events, learning opportunities and support the overall member experience across the region. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a focus on variety.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with Conferences, Regional Councils and local community partners.
* Support local problem-solving, collaboration and engagement among members and staff.
* Support attraction, retention and engagement initiatives for members.
* Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities for Conference leaders and members.
* Facilitate regional engagement and training events to strengthen connection, shared learning and collaboration.
* Use data and reporting tools to track and communicate member and community engagement outcomes.
* Support safe, compliant and effective practices across all member engagement activities.
Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking someone with:
* A strong ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders, with confidence working across diverse groups.
* Experience with business applications, systems and processes and good administrative and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in human services, human resources or a related field.
* An ability to manage conflict, solve problems, foster collaboration and support positive change.
* Experience analysing data to inform reporting and decision-making.
