Valley Motor Group is looking for a Parts Interpreter/Parts Assistant - to join our team based in Traralgon.
Previous experience whilst desirable is not required as you will receive full training and support in all aspects of Parts stock control.
This role is vital to supporting our service department by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment, is highly organised, and works well under pressure.
This role includes attending to customers and internal Technicians, assisting them with their spare parts needs. In addition you will be trained in the warehouse in all things related to parts handling.
Responsibilities include:
* Pulling and staging parts for service repairs
* Accurately processing orders and returns
* Maintaining inventory control, and providing timely communication with technicians and service staff.
* Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting are essential
* Confident computer and numeracy skills
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday.
