This position involves motivating and coaching job seekers to identify transferable skills required for successful employment. Mentors tailor their services to meet individual needs, supporting job seekers to progress towards the labour market and gain meaningful employment.
Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration, along with sound computer literacy skills, would be an advantage.
