As the Venue Manager for Casino Bars, you will be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual with expertise in beverage service. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day operation of these high-volume venues providing effective management of a dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your leadership and venue management skills throughout our property at The Star Gold Coast.
Please note, this is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
A Few Of Your Responsibilities
Manage the operational requirements of the venue and provide leadership and direction Lead the selection, training and development of team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is effective and efficient Assist with the development and implementation of business plans for the venues Implement strategies to increase repeat guests and positive guest experiences Communicate and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards are maintained Ensure the department is compliant with policies, procedures - including Liquor Licensing, WH&S and Food Safety
What Are We Looking For
Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience with a thorough knowledge of bar service Ability to identify and drive additional revenue & business opportunities Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members Strong stakeholder management experience, people leadership and team engagement skills Highly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detail Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol – RMLV/Approved Manager an advantage
