A Finance Transformation Manager who can manage and deliver initiatives that uplift Finance processes, data, systems governance and service delivery for the duration of the project.
What You'll Do
1. Play a key role in uplifting core Finance processes through simplification and automation, working closely with Finance leaders, Technology, Data, Business Units, and external partners.
2. Partner effectively with Finance, Technology, the business, and external vendors to deliver agreed outcomes.
3. Translate strategic priorities into structured, practical delivery plans, managing risks, milestones, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
4. Support the development of business cases and translate priorities into executable initiatives with clear outcomes and measurable benefits.
5. Help drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the business.
6. Build strong, trusted relationships to drive alignment, accountability, and sustainable change.
About You
You are passionate about simplifying and improving Finance processes, and you thrive in environments where analysis, collaboration and structured delivery come together to create meaningful change. You are looking for a role that offers variety, visibility and the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise. This role provides you with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the Finance function of a top 50 ASX business.
Experience and Skills That Count
7. Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and FP&A.
8. Demonstrated experience in finance transformation and process improvement, with an understanding of data governance principles.
9. Strong analytical capability, with experience supporting business case development and investment decision‐making.
10. Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and the broader business.
11. Experience with SAP, reconciliation platforms, and/or finance reporting tools is beneficial.
