Your Role at a Glance
You'll support the Centre Leader in delivering an exceptional experience for both patients and team members. This is a hands-on leadership support role where you'll assist with:
* Reception, chairside and sterilisation duties on a rostered basis
* Team coaching and setting standards for conduct and care
* Daily operations including rostering, stock control, and financial reporting
* Ensuring clinical compliance and maintaining high patient care standards
What You'll Bring
* Extensive dental industry experience and ideally previous team leadership
* Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge)
* A passion for people and a natural ability to lead and mentor
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to grow
