**Store Manager (Penrith)**

We're looking for an exceptional leader to join the Penrith store as Store Manager.
We are looking for at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
You have strong commercial acumen and a head for numbers, which enables you to monitor and manage multiple levers of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
You are confident and cool-headed under pressure.
