Agile Delivery Lead
The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving agile delivery across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong grasp of agile and product delivery practices, as well as proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key priorities include leading agile delivery across teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes aligned to business goals, partnering with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to streamline processes and drive customer-centric solutions, and facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement through data-driven insights and team collaboration.

* Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to streamline processes and drive customer-centric solutions.

Required qualifications include a degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field, 7+ years in tech leadership delivering agile software solutions, and strong grasp of agile and product delivery practices. Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and up-to-date knowledge of compliance, security, and tech best practices.
This role offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays. The successful candidate can be based at either our Headquarters or our office location.
