 
        
        ABOUT THE ROLE 
You will be responsible for: 
- Making our range of cakes, roulades, tarts, pies, fillings, puddings and special occasion products (all made from scratch). 
- Contributing to the team with ideas for new products and special occasion items. 
- Following all work place procedures, maintain WHS and HAACP standards of food handling. 
- All product costing protocols and managing wastage. 
REQUIREMENTS: 
- The successful applicant will have Have a proven track record of speed and accuracy when working with a large scale of hand made products. 
- Minimum 2 years as a qualified pastry chef or 3-4 years in a similar position. 
- Self motivated, hardworking and a team player. 
- Evening shifts and weekend work required.

- Full-time salaried position, 40 hours a week over 5 days, 2 consecutive days off (Overtime where applicable in busy times).
