Your new company: My client is a mid Tier Head Contractor that has been standing strong for the last 20 years and growing, and specialists in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your new role Experienced Site Supervisor strong in structures or finishes required to deliver a 26 story tower on a $200M class 2 development. Responsible for all structural elements such as excavation, piling, concrete work and formwork. Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with your Project Director you will be responsible for overseeing all structure trades ensuring their work is completed to the highest standard, to the given time frames and within the client's budget. This will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing and coordinating all structure trades and ensuring strict safety practices are adhered too. For you to be successful Ideally be trade qualified as Carpenter Must have a proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $100M ideally class 2 residential Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable Strong reporting and systems experience Must have excellent client facing skills Must have excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements Excellent Leadership skills Benefits for you You will be working with a very senior management team and be provided with extensive support from your Project Director & Site Manager and also be rewarded with a generous salary.
