The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Centre Manager at either of our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full‑time position reporting to the State Operations Manager. You will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day‑to‑day operational running of the site. This permanent full‑time role will give you opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.
Role responsibilities
* Production Workshop Management – oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre‑accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management – ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre‑accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management – provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
* Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration – ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs and management reports using the tools provided to understand site performance.
* Leadership and People Management – oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
* Work Health and Safety (WHS) – ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
