Forty Winks is seeking a talented, high energy sales professional to assume a full-time position at our brand new Chirnside Park showroom.
PREREQUISITE SKILLS:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs and provide logical solutions.
• Strong, self-motivated, goal oriented mindset.
• Happy in a collaborative team environment, autonomous when required.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques and skills aligned with Forty Winks operational expectations, policy and procedures.
• Physical capacity to assist in minor lifting and showroom maintenance.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• Mandarin or Cantonese
* Flair for Visual Merchandising and/or homeware fashion
• Flexibility to travel to assist sister stores if required
SUCCESS CRITERIA:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and profit retention goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer care and service, driving positive feedback and reinforcing the Forty Winks brand and reputation.
