About the Role


As our Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of exceptional disability support services. You'll guide a passionate team, ensure top-tier service quality, and empower participants to live with independence, dignity, and choice.

You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing



Lead & Inspire

* Coach, support and motivate Client Service Officers, Admin Officers, and Support Workers.
* Build a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture.
* Recruit, train, and develop a strong, capable team.


Deliver Quality Services

* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional, person-centred support.
* Drive continuous improvement and participant satisfaction.
* Manage onboarding, planning, reviews, and participant outcomes.


Keep Us Safe & Compliant

* Ensure alignment with NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework, WHS requirements, and internal policies.
* Maintain high-quality documentation, reporting, and risk management.


Engage & Advocate

* Build strong relationships with participants, families, and external partners.
* Represent the organisation in community forums, reviews, and meetings.
* Respond promptly and empathetically to feedback and concerns.

Who You Are


You're someone who leads with heart, communicates with clarity, and acts with integrity. You love building relationships, solving problems, and driving results.


Essential

* Strong leadership experience in the disability/community sector.
* Deep knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred practice.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Experience managing teams, compliance, service delivery, and budgets.
* Current WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain).
* Current Driver's Licence.


Desirable

* Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or related field.
* Experience supporting people with complex needs.
* Familiarity with rostering systems, CRM platforms, and NDIS billing.
