We are looking for a .Net Developer to join our client's acquisition team. In this role, you won't just write code; you will own the end to end delivery of high-impact products, from initial whiteboarding to production monitoring.
Responsibilities
* Build for Scale: Develop clean, maintainable, and highly-tested code using C# and .NET (8/9) within a modern cloud-native ecosystem.
* Architect for Reliability: Leverage AWS, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures to ensure our systems are resilient and performant.
* Drive Engineering Excellence: Participate in meaningful code reviews, champion TDD, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation.
* Solve Complex Problems: Move fluidly between empathising with user pain points and architecting technical solutions that simplify the complex.
* Own the Outcome: Support the products you build by ensuring operational maturity, system availability, and rapid resolution of production issues.
Skillset
* The Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or TypeScript), and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
* Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience building distributed systems in AWS.
* The Mindset: A \"Radical Candor\" approach-comfortable challenging the status quo directly while caring deeply about your teammates.
* Value-Driven: You embody a \"Customer First\" philosophy and have a \"Stronger Together\" mentality.
* Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Kubernetes, or Helm.
* Observability & Streaming: Dynatrace, Kibana, or Kafka.
* Leadership: A track record of mentoring peers and influencing high-level technical decisions.
