The Role:
Proactively prospecting for new listings and expanding the client database to drive growth
Coordinating and conducting open homes to showcase premium properties
Preparing for and attending auctions with senior agents
Managing callbacks and scoping new opportunities within the existing client base
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Negotiating sales and supporting successful campaign outcomes
Monitoring market activity and trends to stay ahead of the competition
