About the role
We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Interpreter to join our team in Mulwala, who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts to both internal and external customers. With a strong focus on building positive, solution-oriented relationships, this position supports business growth by driving revenue through service excellence and product expertise.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
* Accurately interpret customer requirements and identify the correct parts using electronic systems and catalogs
* Proactively upsell and recommend complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer expert advice and tailored solutions
* Collaborate closely with workshop, service, and sales teams to ensure seamless parts supply and workflow support
* Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals through proactive customer engagement
* Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with stock control and ordering
* Assist with inventory accuracy, stock control, and ordering to ensure optimal availability
About you
