About the Role
As a Credit, Finance & Insurance (F&I) Clerk, you'll support our Business Managers across Toyota, Lexus, and Hino. You'll help prepare and lodge finance applications, compile documentation, track settlements, and assist with insurance products - ensuring an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused process from start to finish.
This is a base salary + commission role, offering strong earning potential as your skills develop. The position is full-time, including Saturday work from 8:30 am to 1 pm, with monthly rostered days off (RDOs) provided to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, check, and lodge customer finance applications
Collect and verify ID, payslips, and supporting documentation
Liaise with lenders and insurers to progress approvals and settlements
Draft, audit, and file contracts while maintaining compliance and privacy standards
Maintain accurate records, CRM notes, and daily pipelines
Generate status reports for the F&I team and sales leaders
Assist with insurer quotes, add-on product paperwork, and handover packs
Support customers and coordinate with Sales, Service, and Accounts teams
About You
Customer service or sales experience (retail or hospitality backgrounds welcomed)
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Clear and confident communicator (in person, phone, and email)
Competent with computers and new software systems (CRM/finance portals)
Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Genuine interest in automotive, credit, and insurance
Full-time availability, including Saturdays 8:30 am – 1 pm, with monthly RDOs
