It's more than a badge - it's a commitment to building a creative studio where people thrive, and where meaningful, values-led work comes to life every day.The RoleWe're looking for a Mid-weight Visual Designer to join our team - someone with a strong visual eye, creative curiosity, and the craft skills to help shape stunning, precedent-setting design.
This role is ideal for a designer ready to step up, take ownership of projects, and grow as part of a supportive and collaborative global team.What you'll do:Delivervisual design across branding, digital, environmental and motion-led projects, ensuring quality and attention to detail at every stage.Contribute creative ideas confidently and collaborate with colleagues to bring integrated experiences to life.Take ownership of design tasks from concept through to execution, balancing creativity with commercial awareness.Assist in preparing visually engaging presentation decks and pitch materials, helping bring creative ideas to life for clients and internal teamsResearch, experiment, and draw inspiration from culture, design and human behaviour to keep ideas fresh and relevant.Work directly with clients and project teams, helping to build strong, collaborative relationships.Share inspiration and contribute proactively to studio culture, sustainability initiatives, and our B-Corp values.YouStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects/Figma a plus).
A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work across branding, graphic systems, and/or digital outputs.A sharp eye for detail in typography, layout and brand consistency.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Awareness of current design, digital and cultural trends.A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for continual growth and learningAdditional information:We offer a competitive salary, available upon request, plus our benefits package, which includes:We value culture and collaboration, for this reason we operate a 3 day in the office and 2 day WFH hybrid working policyGenerous holiday allowance, including 25 days plus bank holidays, a well-being day, 2 community days and your birthday off
