We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across two incredible Accor properties: Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Convention Centre and Peppers Marysville. Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role offers the opportunity to lead strategic revenue optimization, pricing, forecasting, and data analysis.
Novotel Sunshine Coast features over 370 rooms, a pool, a Lagoon for water activities, and exceptional dining options, with versatile facilities for up to 1,500 guests, making it a key player in both Australian and international conference markets. Meanwhile, Peppers Marysville offers a tranquil retreat with 100 beautifully appointed rooms set against breathtaking natural surroundings, providing guests a unique escape in a serene environment.

Job Description
As Revenue Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving revenue growth through strategic management and data-driven insights. You will play a pivotal role in executing revenue strategies, optimizing pricing, generating detailed reports, and ensuring rate integrity for the hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the execution of Revenue Management Strategies across a portfolio of hotels.
2. Analyze business segmentation, daily pickup, and market data to inform revenue strategies.
3. Implement rate and inventory management across distribution systems, ensuring rate integrity.
4. Maintain regular communication with senior leaders to identify revenue opportunities and refine strategies.
5. Facilitate and prepare Revenue Management meetings, focusing on optimizing hotel performance.
6. Monitor competitors and market trends using advanced rate shopping and analytics tools.
7. Assist with monthly forecasts, budget preparation, and end-of-month reporting.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience as a Revenue Manager in a hotel or resort setting.
2. Advanced knowledge of reservations and property management software, as well as revenue management systems.
3. Proficient in budgeting and forecasting revenue targets, particularly for transient rooms, conferences, events, and leisure groups.
4. Ideally able to work from Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort to effectively manage the properties.
5. Capable of training and providing ongoing support when implementing new strategies and approaches.
6. Strong commitment to fostering collaborative working relationships.
7. Confident in driving change and innovation.
