Within the scope of a freelance activity (ca. 20 hours / month), we have the following tasks to assign for an experienced:Freelancer Digital Sales, Social Media and Marketing (all genders)ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementSelection and management of most efficient channels for the hand tools industrySocial media planning with our tool, content creation for publication in different social media channels like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedInCustomer-oriented community managementOptimizing the reach, engagement, and demonstrable positive impact of our brandSupport regarding Influencer relation and collaborationDigital Sales and MarketingCreation and updating of sales contentCooperation with KNIPEX Online Marketing Team and management of online campaigns (e.g. social media, e-mail marketing, display advertisement) for our own channels as well as customer channelsCoordination of online marketing activities with selected customersEvaluation and analysis of the most important KPIs regarding traffic, conversions and performance by product and regionObservation and record of market trends and competitive development regarding digital activities in the B2B & B2C sectorPreferred Profile & SkillsInterest in (hand) toolsExperienced use of digital sales & marketing tools and KPIsIdeally qualified training / preferably studying with a focus on marketing & salesRequired language skills – Very good EnglishProfessionalexperiencein (B2C / B2B)marketingon digital platformsDigital know-how in areas of content marketing and social mediaBasic knowledge of using MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Power Point)Work Schedule: will require working outside of 9-5 from time to time to work in with EU time zoneAre you interested to learn more about this freelance opportunity?
