About the Role
This part-time, temporary position offers a great balance of work and personal life. As an Immunisation Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Immunisation Unit. This includes accurate record-keeping, document preparation, and task coordination.
You will also maintain and update immunisation databases and digital systems, ensuring timely data entry and compliance with privacy standards. Additionally, you will deliver professional, courteous, and timely responses to internal and external customer enquiries, and assist during immunisation sessions to support public engagement.
The successful candidate will have a relevant administration qualification or demonstrated previous experience. Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to work independently.
