We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of water and wastewater system solutions, collaborating with passionate and high-performing teams.
This position offers a variety of work, leading and contributing to the civil design of water and wastewater infrastructure, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, providing input across the project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers.
* Design Solutions: Lead and contribute to the civil design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment plant civil works.
* Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation across concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases.
* Project Collaboration: Provide input across the full project lifecycle—from planning and feasibility to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
* Mentorship: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
* Client Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
What You Will Bring:
* Engineering Expertise: A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Registration: RPEQ status or ability to obtain.
* Experience: 8+ years' experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design, ideally within a consultancy environment.
* Hydraulic Design: Demonstrated experience delivering hydraulic and transient designs for treatment plants (water and wastewater) and linear infrastructure.
* Collaborative Mindset: Strong technical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and client-focused approach.
