Description Job Purpose DP World is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital and operational projects across international freight forwarding, warehousing, control-centre operations, and remote site delivery. In this role, you will drive infrastructure improvements, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will also support our growing involvement in data centre, oil and gas, mining, and construction logistics. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and operational projects. Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to meet project milestones. Manage project budgets, cost estimates, procurement, and contract performance. Oversee contractor safety and compliance with the Building Code of Australia and DP World policies. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and meeting records. Conduct supplier performance reviews and manage stakeholder expectations. Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when required. Provide clear and timely progress updates to leadership teams. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 3 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding, project management or a similar role. Solid knowledge in Cargowise, Safety Culture Programs, landside logistics and warehousing operations transport operations including CoR, and NHVL. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risk. Prior experience in logistics, terminals, or heavy industry (desirable). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
