**The Role
At Big W we make a real different for families.After a 5 year turnaround journey, we are embarking on an ambition to truly transform our business and build a sustainable customer franchise for the future. The role of the Transformation Partner is to work closely within our leadership community to facilitate successful delivery of our transformation ambition. The partner will work closely with the Sponsors to solve for customer problems end to end, building capability to continue delivering value to our customers through our Transformational initiatives. This role will also play a pivotal role in championing agile & an agile mindset across BIG W.
- Key deliverables will include:
- Partner with Sponsor to the define, problem, solution and ambition at both a Strategic objective and initiative level
- Facilitate and bring together cross functional teams to solve customer problems championing agile practices meeting the horizon deliverables
- Act as champion to the BIG W Operating Rhythm, transparency and progress to plan
- Partner with Initiative Leads to define plans, re-prioritise as necessary, conduct health checks and tracking of benefits profile on a through our Transformation Office
- Ensure connections are made and interdependencies are worked through across other strategic programs
- Assist in the identification and removal of barriers for our Initiative Leads so that they can continue to deliver
- Help prioritisation and capacity management across teams involved
- Provide strategic thought leadership & innovation with initiative leads & wider Big W leadership team to develop ambitions, overall strategies & into actionable plans understanding the wider ecosystem prioritisation & sequencing
- Build squad Transformation capabilities with, project management, business agility & lean practices as well as change management
- Championing delivery capability and mindset across the business.
- Be a champion and coach in the agile mindset & ways of working

- Experienced Transformational Leader with a passion for innovation, backed by a demonstrated ability to execute and deliver
