**Role Purpose**

The Performance Media Specialist is a role that brings the BIG W brand and trade driving initiatives to life through paid activities across our digital channels, supporting insights and optimisations, and coordination of technical requirements, to help us achieve our purpose of making a real difference to families through demonstrating real value, real solutions and real care that build customer advocacy & commercial benefit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage paid social and digital performance media channels including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube / Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and programmatic and digital display, including but not limited to leading commerce updates i.e. Instagram shop collections, product feed management, co-maintenance of pixels and conversion APIs
- Manage Always On prospecting and remarketing activities, as well as short-term responsive trade activations across paid digital channels
- Optimisation of Programmatic ads and Dynamic Product Ads, identifying and supporting the implementation of technical requirements, product feed curation
- Support the evolution of BIG W's social and digital channels and activities, working with agencies and publishers to ensure BIG W responds to industry and platform changes i.e. ad format evolution or standing up emerging platforms
- Coordinate reactive and planned trade driving initiatives, including but not limited to developing creative briefs, copy-writing, design approval, coordination of activities with channel owners
- Support the development of channel, content and campaign performance reporting using self serve platform tools and GA to provide accurate, data-driven insights and consistent competitive insights
- Manage performance media budget, reporting monthly into the Senior Business Finance Analysts

**About you**
- E2E paid social and digital media coordination.
- Hands on experience with platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Sprinklr, Products-up, Smartly, Google Analytics, Tealium or other CDPs.
- Experience managing large brand campaigns within a media agency.
- Work E2E collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to influence and educate teams to ensure best practice social execution is always met.
- Buoyancy - ability to perform in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Attention to detail
